E&E教育中心始创于始建于2005年，2007年正式由安省迁至BC省大温地区的南素里/白石镇。是加拿大BC省高等教育厅私立职业教育机构（PTIB） 注册并荣获语言类教育资质认证的学校，严格按照私立培训法规和章程运作。E&E在学生服务，教师资格，课程管理，市场营销和促销，行政管理，以及学生招生等方面均已通过审核，整体教育质量有保障，学生的合法权益也受到有效保护。E&E教育中心作为BC省公立教育局为数不多被授权在海外开设学分课程的教育机构，正在努力推进与中国高中2+1项目，这将大大提升留学的质量、降低留学风险、让更多中国学生和家庭受惠。E&E教育中心在过往的十多年中致力于留学申请（中小学）、教育监护、落地服务、学业规划、学科补习、大学申请、大学入学的一站式留学教育服务。我们专业的服务和对学生认真负责的态度让我们在当地拥有及其良好的声誉，得到了学生，家长，以及当地教育局的高度认可和信任。双翼教育中心在大温地区与多家公立教育局建立紧密的合作关系，并成为加拿大素里教育局重点合作伙伴，是学生们开启高质量留学生活的坚实保障。

The E&E Education Centre is a private education institution registered with the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Skill Training inCanada. We provide one-stop international education services, including custodianship, landing services, academic planning, tutoring, and university planning, and consultation. We have received an interim designation certificate from PTIB and comply with private training regulations and bylaws of BC strictly. We have also established close cooperation with several school boards in the Greater Vancouver area and are a key partner of the Surrey Schools (SD36).
